Getting Started
Track your daily well-being with a simple reflection and metrics system.
Default Metrics Overview
When you first open Todays, you’re set up with three simple daily metrics:
- Overall – A quick red/green (yes/no) check-in: “Did you spend today the way you wanted to?”
- Focus – Rate your concentration from 1-5: “How focused were you today?”
- Energy – Track how you felt physically on a scale of 1-5: “What was your energy level?”
These give you a solid starting point to see patterns in your well-being and productivity.
